I emailed gooddeals18 directly. I had bought a 2nd amp and it did not work. Gooddeals sent me a new powercord to be sure that the amps were bad. I sent both back for repair. Gooddeals went above and beyond their warrenty, They sent 2 new amps complete with powercords and wired remotes. I plugged everything in and they worked fine. I am very happy with the product and Gooddeals18. I will buy more products from folks.

I have tried putting the speakers in differant spots with same results..overall its good system just not enough amps

I can ride 70-80 mph all day long and still hear my music. I'm ordering another set for my Fatboy! And another friend wants some for his bike now. Gotta Love this little system. Works as good as the hubby's Kenwood on his streetglide. :-)

The 250 watt sytems for my Maxi scooter and Yamaha Virago 700, and the 100 watt as a demo unit at my scooter shop. I was quite impressed wih both system. The reviews and description here at Gooddeals18.com are on the money. Exactly as advertised. I will admit that the older style oval speakers do sound better than the new style bullet speakers. Otherwise I am extreemly happy with the nits and will be purchasing many more for my shop bikes. Gooddeals18.com has super quick shipping and the best of customer services. I reccomend these units to EVERYONE I meet, motorcycle or scooter, eitherway these are awsome systems. Thank You.

When I received the stereo kit and installed it one of the speakers unfortunately did not work. I contacted Goodeals18.com and they immediately responded to me. They addressed my issue promptly and sent out new parts in a timely manner. They also told me that once Iâm happy and everythingâs working â then I can worry about getting the old parts shipped back to them. My stereo works great! 3.5 stars	2011 Harley Davidson Cross Bones by Detroit Dutch from Detroit, Michigan written on July 29, 2011 I was leery of buying this system to install on a 30,000 dollar motorcycle (My brand new 2011 Harley Davidson Cross Bones) but looking at what the dealer (stealer) had for sale this was comparable. I wanted to be able to listen to the music with or without the removable windshield installed so I opted for the regular set up mounting on the mirrors. Like the other poster I did have difficulty with the right speaker mount and the way Harley has the brake master cylinder, but instead of buying the handle bar clamps I just removed enough metal so it moved into place. Took extra time but I didn't want anything mounted on my "Ape Hangers" that would look stupid. And I did experience some difficulty threading the wire under the tank for the speakers but with the bolts removed (on the tank) and a slight lift (did not have to remove the tank itself) I was able to feed it through the same wire bundle Harley uses, The amp fit perfectly behind the battery and the fender and with the use of the remote you don't have to have access to the amp all the time, All in all I did take longer than other posters said they took to install it but I am a perfectionist, and this is a BRAND NEW HARLEY. I ran the wires under the leather cover on the tank and used two sided foam tape to install the remote. As for the holder of my phone (HTC EVO) I just made a single strap with a snap, fed it around the leather tank cover and presto, I have a instant phone holder. I give it a 7 out of 10 because the FM (like another poster said) reception is poor. But is sure is nice to have tunes on the XBones. I'll submit some pictures soon and on HD Forums where I will recommend this product.

4.5 stars	250 watt shark 3080 by michael from killeen, texas written on March 27, 2011 Install was fairly easy. I did have to drill new holes in the mounting bracket for the right side. The speaker was not pointing correctly and the brake master cylinder was in the way of allowing the speaker to turn any further. I would recommend the handle bar brackets. I am going to order a set today and re-locate the speakers.

I up-graded to the 250 watt which is basicly the same in size but sounds so much better. The sales staff at Gooddeals is amoung the BEST that I have ever dealt with. They will stay with you untill you are 100% completely satisfied. I look froward to doing alot more busisness with them.

EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT THIS RADIO IS TRUE. IT IS A GREAT SYSTEM AND VERY EASY TO INSTALL. THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS MAKE SURE IS TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE BUYING OF SPEAKER BRACKETS, ALSO THE 250W VS. THE 100W AMP IS A LITTLE BIGGER. I HAVE AN 1100 VSTAR AND THE TOOL BOX AREA ON THE BIKE IS TOO SMALL FOR THE 250W. HAD TO MAKE A FEW MODS AND GET RID OF SOME THINGS TO MAKE IT WORK. OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT SYSTEM FOR A BIKE RADIO.

I highly recommend if you purchase one, get it with the WIRED remote. you can adjust the volume, mute and most importantly turned the amp off with the remote. Then you can hide the amp and don't have to worry about it running down your battery. Check out my YouTube video. I was a little skeptical due to the cheap price, but it is worth the money!!

He says that it sounds great and if it continues to play as it does now he will love it. The delivery for this systems was a little difficult in the beginning but the salesmen at Shark did a good job dealing with the problem and eventually solved it. The only problem that my son found with it was the amp is not waterproof, so make sure you install it where water wont get to it. The speakers seemed to be kind of big to him but after he installed them they suit his bike just fine. The chrome speakers look great only they are plastic. He sais that for the price he will reccomend this system to anyone looking for a really nice system at a low price. The radio and the ipod both soud great on this system so I guess its save to say he really likes it so far.

I hooked it up on my VTX 1300r the other day and it works beautifully! Setup time was 1 hour and I suck at wiring things. I had to order the handlebar mounts cause I didn't like mounting it to the windshield. Also, they wouldn't mount on my rearview mirrors due to the master cylinder blocking the way. The handlebar mounts (extra option) make it PERFECT!! Plenty loud (and I'm a young whippersnapper who likes it LOUD). I use it with my Iphone/ipod. The radio is so-so but the ipod works fantastic.. I took it over to show my dad and he ordered one that day.. He called me a minute ago and came by my house showing his new system (the same brand) off to me LOL. I can't say enough about this system. Prepare to pay a ton more for similar systems. Shark 250w for President 2012

It better stand up to what the manufacturer claims. And the company selling the product better have great customer service. Because I'm gonna tell it how it is, pros and cons. I'm here to tell you this is an outstanding product. And this company has great customer service. I installed it on my Roadking. And not only does it look great. The sound is nothing short of amazing. Even at speeds ranging between 70-75mph. It blows the doors off the competitors who's systems range from 250-500. And that's feedback from guys I ride with who have other systems. A utube video is in the works that will be more detailed. Almost everytime I ride. I'm approached about the sound system. Bottom line, invest in this product and you will also be amazed.

I actually tapped two 3/16th holes in the center if the triple tree and have the amp mounted there with display right there for you. All the wiring is tucked nice and neat behind, and the remote wire was thread under the tank speedo and comes out the bottom ...easy access ! Sounds awesome, and looks even better. My only beef....after I order the system, I then ordered the clamps...it should have included some nice bolts and acorn nuts or something...no nuts/bolts included. Still love it though !

I BIUGHT WITH THE CROME SPEAKERS THINKING THEY WOULD STAY COOLER IN THE SUN, BUT I THINK I WOULD PREFER THE BLACK BECAUSE THEY ARE LESS OBTRUSIVE. THE HARDEST PART OF INSTALL WAS FINDING A MOUNT FOR THE 2 SPEAKERS. THE HANDLEBAR CLAMPS I BOUGHT DO NOT WORK WELL. I INSTALLED THE AMP IN THE W/SHIELD BAG AND RAN THE WIRES. MAKE SURE YOU ADJUST THE DIGITAL TREBLE/BASS AFTER INSTALL FOR SOUND QUALITY. SYSTEM IS PLENTY LOUD AND SOUND Q IS GOOD. I WOULD BUY AGAIN. THE FM TUNER IS POOR SOUND AND RECEPTION AND MAY WORK OK IF YOU NEED TO MODULATE AN ACCESS TO IT. WILL WORK WELL WITH MP3/IPOD OR SAT RADIO. HARD WIRE REMOTE WORKS GOOD AND CONTROLS MODE,VOLUME AND MUTE

4.5 stars	Great System by Don from Keystone Heights, Fl written on December 17, 2009 This is my second Shark system. These systems are a great solution to putting audio on your bike at a GREAT price. The new speaker design looks GREAT. The chrome on these is actually more reflective/shiny than the previous models, but that come at a cost as it does scratch easily. The install is really quite simple Connect your power and everything else just pugs in ( speakers, remote, audio in. and the power plug ) . Wires are plenty long for just about any install. I have been using the 100 watt version for about a year and have gotten MANY compliment as to how well it sounded and now with the 250 watt version NEW compliments for how good my bike radio sounds are good to hear. Just yesterday I got a " WOW that is coming from your motorcycle?? That sounds really good! " Gotta love that. The ONLY complaint I have about these is you need to access the amp to change settings, for that it gets a 9 out of 10 - BUT if you hook it up to constant power and use a MP3 player with a radio built in it is set it and forget it. NO WORRIES about power drain as long as you use your bike. these units draw very little power I have played mine for hours and no problem starting. Common sense goes a long way and if you use a battery maintainer there is no worries at all for long storage. Overall it looks GREAT, sounds GREAT, and comes at a GREAT price.
